10.4 Any form of CD keys, e-voucher, gift cards, prepaid cards that have been reviewed from Gaminal account or delivered via email is not refundable or Interchangeable.
10.5 Gaminal and its affiliates shall not be liable for wrong purchases made by yourself, due to negligence and / or the inserting false / fake information, which may result in damage / loss. By purchasing any e-voucher / gift card from Gaminal, you understand / admit and accept Gaminal disclaimer.
10.6 When requesting any digital product, you acknowledge that you must carefully read the product description and confirm that the electronic goods you have purchased are correct.
10.7 After delivery, Gaminal is not liable for any loss or damage to the electronic goods that were purchased through Gaminal Store, knowing that Like Coupon does not bear responsibility for any invalid voucher if the purchase period exceeds 3 days.
10.8 The purchase process will be executed when the transaction is correct and unquestionable. Any purchase process on the website that is under any doubt ,incorrect or consecutively rejected, will be stopped immediately, and so will not be executed, as well as the full amount will be returned to the transferred account, without reference to the client, and the membership of the customer will be suspended, and all information is sent to Department of Cybercrime to complete legal proceedings about it.

If a damaged or incorrect product is reported, you must provide photographic evidence within 2 days of receiving the item. If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued.
If customer does not want the product he received. Gaminal will study the case and after approved, customer must return the item at his expense to Shipted Country and the item must be unused.
11.4 Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
11.4.1 Your order did not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by the customer;
11.4.2 Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (for example, it was delayed due to a natural disaster).
11.4.3 If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, you must file a claim with the shipping company directly.
11.4.4 Missing Order: If a package was delivered (based on tracking number update) but you claim that you did not receive the item, you must file a claim with the shipping company directly.

But it may be longer to protect against fraud we occasionally hold orders, As part of our standard security measures, orders are routinely selected for review to ensure the safety of our site. Your order will be checked by one of our agents and should be cleared within 12 hours.
12.2 physical goods Shipping time (physical shipped Products )
We have our products suppliers in many countries, therefore, shipping time is different according to customer’s location (it will be explained in the shipping description related to the product). In general(apply to all physical goods), all orders require 1 – 3 business days processing time. The estimated delivery time is 6 – 22 business days. (Please refer to COVID-19 Delayed Shipping Notice). In very rare circumstances, it may be up to 35 Business Days, for reasons related to the destination country and customs (please refer to your country customs legislation).
Gaminal has no obligation for payment of any tax in conjunction with the shipping. Customer is required to pay any applicable sales tax related if restricted or prohibited by his country’s law.
13) Gaminal Coupon.
13.1 Coupons are valid for a limited time only or limited to one coupon per customer. Gaminal reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
13.2 The coupon may apply only to qualifying items. If you do not purchase the qualifying items or require a minimum purchase, when the coupon is in effect, the discount will not apply.
14) Gift Cards
14.1 This Gift Card is redeemable at gaminal.com .
14.2 Gaminal reserves the right to alter any /all the terms and conditions of this Gift Card at any time without prior notice.

14.4 This Gift Card is Valid for one year (12 Months) from the date of issue
14.5 This Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash either in full or part.

14.7 Should the purchase value exceed the value of the Gift Card, the differential value should be paid by the customer who redeems the Gift Card.
14.8 Gift Card once sold cannot be returned or refunded.
14.9 Items purchased online with the Gift Card are subject to Gaminal Store Terms of this Agreement.And Refunds are transferred as a gift card.
15) Affiliate Program
15.1 Join the program
By signing up to be an affiliate in Gaminal Affiliate Program (the “Program”) you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please ensure that you read them carefully before signing up. (“Gaminal”, “we”, “us”) and You (the “Affiliate”, “you”).
We reserve the right to update and change the Terms from time to time without notice. Any amendments, modifications, enhancements or changes to the Program.
15.2 Account Registration & Terms
You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the sign up process for an Affiliate account (“account”)
You may not use the Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Program, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
15.3 Referral Links & Promotion
Once you have signed up for the Program you will be provided with a URL link. It is your responsibility to ensure each such link is correctly formatted.
15.4 Referral Fees
For the sale of a subscription to be eligible to earn a referral fee, the customer must click through a link from your site, email, or other communications to Gaminal website and sign up within 30 days of the initial click-through. If they fail to sign up within those 30 days and later return without following your link, you will not earn a referral fee.
We will only pay referral fees on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems. For our systems to track the referral, the visitor must have cookies enabled. We will not pay referral fees if someone says they signed up through you but it was not tracked by our system.
The referral fee is 5% up to 10% of our revenue from customers that you refer (Digital Products not applicable). The referral fee will be credited to your Affiliate account once the customer pays their orders. Referral fees are only earned if a customer makes a payment in full.
15.5.1 Accrued referral fees are paid via bank transfer roughly once per month and only when your accrued referral fees total 100$ or more. You must have a valid bank account to receive referral fees (Transfer and currency exchange fees will be deducted) , or you can spend your credit in our store by Contact our customer care team via email at [email protected] to generate a Gift Card with the same amount, as we do not offer payment via cheque/check, credit card, cash or other methods.
15.5.2 Customer payments refunded or payments charged-back due to credit card fraud do not qualify for referral fees. We may delay crediting of referral fees subject to risk analysis considerations and Anti-Money Laundering procedures.
15.5.3 A summary of sign ups and statement of referral fees is available to the Affiliate by logging into their Affiliate account.
15.5.4 The referral fee structure is subject to change at our discretion. commission amount in the account may be different from the actual, as the commission of the digital product is a different value.
15.5.5 We reserve the right to disqualify referral fees earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.
15.5.6 All fees are exclusive of all taxes, charges, levies, assessments and other fees of any kind imposed on your involvement in this Agreement and shall be the responsibility of, and payable by you.
15.5.7 We reserve the right to check and change commissions on the basis of orders actually paid, the notification e-mail is not understood as a confirmed commission – this is only a notification, and every payment will be verified based on real transactions.
Gaminal, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Program, or any other Gaminal service, for any reason at any time. Such termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Affiliate Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all potential or accrued referral fees in your Account if they were earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods. Gaminal reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, you will immediately cease use of, and remove from your site, all links to the Gaminal website and all our images and other materials provided under the Program
